1、 Overview
RPP-9000NFully automatic chemiluminescence nitrogen analyzerIt is a new generation of precision experimental instrument developed based on the principle of chemiluminescence and computer technology. It adopts a vertical sampling method and a turntable for automatic sampling, reducing systematic errors caused by sampling errors. During the sample detection process, users can add new samples at any time according to their needs and expand the detection number of the sampler. Expand the detection bit count of the sampler. The gas flow system adopts a mass flow meter and computer-controlled gas flow, with no fluctuations in gas flow. The instrument has better repeatability and higher measurement accuracy for small content samples.

3、 Principle
After the sample is introduced into the high-temperature cracking furnace, nitrogen oxides are quantitatively converted into nitric oxide (NO) through oxidation cracking. The reaction gas is carried by the carrier gas and dehydrated by the membrane dryer before entering the reaction chamber. In the reaction chamber, NO reacts with ozone (O) from the ozone generator3)Reaction occurs, where some nitric oxide is converted into excited state nitrogen dioxide (NO)2*)When NO2*Photons are emitted when transitioning from the excited state to the ground state. The photoelectron signal is received by a photomultiplier tube, amplified by an amplifier, and processed by a computer to be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of light. Under certain conditions, the luminescence intensity generated in the reaction isnitric oxideThe generation amount is directly proportional, nitric oxideThe amount is directly proportional to the total nitrogen content in the sample, so the total nitrogen content in the sample can be determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity.
